You will need a Experian Address, Email and/or Phone Validation license to be able to use this function.
Select the forms that users will use to validate the address, email and/or phone.
To select the forms you want the tokens to be enabled in:
Get to the Configuration page.
Click the Select forms tab.
Check all the forms that are applicable (the forms you see in the Select forms tab depend on which MS Dynamics solution you are working with and whether any custom forms have been created previously).
Activate token
Remember to select the entity you want the address, email and phone validation engines to be visible in (only the activated engines will be visible).
