These are optional functionality that will give an extra level of detail on validated address, email and phone data.

The Geocoding match level specifies whether the address data pertains to a building, street, or postal code. For this function to work you will need to Activate Enrichment first.

  1. Get to the Customize the system page.
  2. Expand Entities in the left panel.
  3. Expand your chosen entity you want to add the fields to (e.g. Account).
  4. Click Fields under the chosen entity.
  5. Click New in the top bar to create a new field.
  6. Give your field a name i.e. Match level.
  7. Select Single line of text for the data type field (All other fields are as per MS instructions).
  8. Click Save and Close in the top menu bar.

You will need to map your Geocoding match level field to the corresponding API fields.

Activate this optional functionality to store the validation results together with the validated address, emails, or phone numbers.

  1. Get to the Customize the system page.
  2. Expand Entities in the left panel.
  3. Expand your chosen entity you want to add the fields to (e.g. Account) and then click fields under the chosen entity.
  4. You need to create two fields for each (Address validation, Phone Validation and Email Validation). These fields are:
    • Validation message
      • Click New in the top bar to create a new field.
      • Give your field a name i.e. Address validation message.
      • Select Single line of text for the data type field (All other fields are as per MS instructions).
      • Click Save and Close in the top menu bar.
    • Validation timestamp
      • Click New in the top bar to create a new field.
      • Give your field a name i.e. Phone validation timestamp.
      • Select Date and Time for the data type field (All other fields are as per MS instructions).
      • Click Save and Close in the top menu bar.
  5. Click Publish All Customizations in the top menu bar.
  6. Click the Close icon of the Solutions window to get back to the Main dashboard.

You will need to map your validation tracking field to the corresponding API fields.

Activate this optional functionality so that you can include country codes into your form, as well as having the option to predefine the country code.

  1. Get to the Customize the system page.
  2. Expand Entities in the left panel.
  3. Expand your chosen entity you want to add the fields to (e.g. Account) and then click fields under the chosen entity.
  4. Click New in the top bar to create a new field.
  5. Give your field a name i.e. Country code.

  1. Select Option set for the data type field

  2. Select Yes against Use existing Option set.

  3. Select Country phone code for the Option set.

  4. [Optional] Select a country for the default value. This value will appear as default anytime you have a blank form.

    All other fields are as per MS instructions.

  5. Click Save and Close in the top menu bar.

You will need to map your Geocoding match level field to the corresponding API fields.
