Type gpedit.msc and click OK. The Local Group Policy Editor should open.
If the User Account Control (UAC) dialog box opens, confirm that it displays the correct action and click Continue.
Expand Computer Configuration and go to Administrative Templates > System > Internet Communication Management and click Internet Communication Settings.
In the Internet Communication Settings screen double-click Turn off Automatic Root Certificates Update.
In the new dialog, check the status of this setting:
If Not Configured or Disabled, no action is needed
If Enabled, you'll have to manually install the certificate. Scroll up on this page, find the Electronic Updates box and click Download certificate.
