Apply your Experian API authentication tokens and configure required product settings to enable end users to validate global addresses, phone numbers and emails within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

To enable Experian Address Validation:

  1. Go to the Configuration page.
  2. Click the Configure products tab.
  3. Check the ADDRESS VALIDATION box.
  4. Enter your license token in the License token field.
  5. Select the required country from the Default country field.
  6. Configure a default dataset and additional datasets if required.
  7. Click Apply.

To enable Experian Email Validation:

  1. Go to the Configuration page.
  2. Click the Configure products tab.
  3. Check the EMAIL VALIDATION box.
  4. Enter your license token in the License token field.
  5. (Optional) Fill in the Timeout field, which can range from 3-15 seconds. Refer to our Experian Email Validation guide for more information on timeouts.
  6. Click Apply.

To enable Experian Phone Validation:

  1. Go to the Configuration page.
  2. Click the Configure products tab.
  3. Check the PHONE VALIDATION box.
  4. Enter your license token in the License token field.
  5. (Optional) Fill in the Output format field (number format) and the Cache value field, which can range from 0-30 days. Refer to our Experian Phone Validation guide for more information on these fields.
  6. (Optional) Check the Enable 'Supplementary Live Status' box. Refer to our Experian Phone Validation guide for more information on supplementary live status.
  7. Click Apply.
