By continuing with this purchase, and confirming your order, you agree that this purchase is subject to:

  • Direct Sales: the current version of the Experian EDQ Standard Terms and Conditions (“STAC”) at the date of purchase
  • Resellers: the current version of the Experian EDQ Standard End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) at the date of purchase.

The Standard terms and conditions (STAC) and End user licence agreement (EULA):

  • incorporate the End-User Licence Agreement for the Royal Mail Postal Address File (PAF) data which is supplied as part of our UK and GBR Address Data; and
  • are available on our website or upon request; and
  • will supersede any terms and conditions previously agreed between us relation to the Licensed Materials and Services (except that any commercial or other special terms agreed will remain in force, unless otherwise agreed in writing, or in conflict with the STAC or EULA).

In addition to the above, unless otherwise stated, you agree that:

The Licensed Materials and Services are licensed on a “single legal entity” basis. Only the End-User’s licensed employees, individual contractors or Outsource Agents shall have access to, and use, the Licensed Materials and Services. Should any other third party, subsidiary or other legal entity require access to the Licensed Materials and Services you will contact us promptly and be responsible for payment of any additional fees, including third party data royalties (from the date of use by that third party).
User means an individual Log-in, work station or terminal or hand-held or otherwise portable device. Log-in means a unique identifier and/or user name and password. No concurrent usage is permitted either by another person or the same User via different means.
