Prerequisites

Before starting

Before you install Pro Web, you should ensure that you have the following:

  • Pro installer
  • Access to data via the Electronics portal
  • Despatch note and or email from Experian containing a valid license key

If any of these items are missing, please contact Support.

System Requirements

Pro Web is available for the Windows and UNIX platforms listed below. The User Interface API is available for Windows platforms only.

Windows:

  • Windows 2012/2012 R2/10/2016
  • Windows 2019

Linux:

  • Linux Ubuntu 18
  • Linux CentOs7

Enough free hard disk space to store all the data files is also required. See the Data Guide supplied with each dataset for details about how much space you need.

  • Linux (x86-64) - kernel: 4.18.0; GCC: 8.5 (Red Hat 8.5.0-23) (Rocky Linux 8.10)
  • Sun Solaris 64bit (Sparc) 11.4; GCC: 11.3.0
  • IBM AIX 64 bit - 7.2 TL5 SP9; XL C/C++ for AIX, V16.1.0
