Configure products

Activate your Experian tokens to enable end users to validate global addresses, phone and email within MS Dynamics 365.

To activate the Experian Address Validation API:

  1. Go to the Configuration page.
  2. Click the Configure products tab.
  3. Check the Address validation box.
  4. Enter your license token in the License token field.
  5. Select the Country in the Default Country field.
  6. Add in any Datasets and additional datasets.
  7. Click Apply.

To activate the Experian Email Validation API:

  1. Go to the Configuration page.
  2. Click the Configure products tab.
  3. Check the Email validation box.
  4. Enter your license token in the License token field.
  5. (Optional) Fill in the Timeout field (3-15).
  6. Click Apply.

To activate the Experian Phone Validation API:

  1. Go to the Configuration page.
  2. Click the Configure products tab.
  3. Check the Phone validation box.
  4. Enter your license token in the License token field.
  5. (Optional) Fill in the Output format field (number format) and the Cache value field (0-30).
  6. (Optional) Check the Enable 'Supplementary Live Status' box.
  7. Click Apply.
