Professional Services means the services that are described as the Licenced Services in Your Quotation.
Standard Cancellation
In the event You need to cancel your Professional Services You are required to provide to Experian a minimum of 10 business days’ written notice prior to the date on which Your Professional Services are scheduled to be delivered.
You understand and agree that if you cancel:
For the avoidance of doubt, Experian does not charge travel and accommodation expenses for Professional Services that are delivered within the M25.
For any cancellations provided in excess of 10 business days, You will not incur the fees for that cancelled consultancy session.
If urgent delivery of Professional Services is requested by You and agreed to be provided by Experian, then You understand and agree that You may incur reasonable expenses required for Your Professional Services Consultant to travel to site in order to deliver the Services.
If you then cancel such urgent Professional Services (being an Agreed Unit in accordance with the Experian Data Quality Standard Terms and Conditions) You are liable to pay the travel and accommodation expenses incurred by Experian in order to deliver Your Professional Services. Subject to Experian’s discretion, You may also lose the right to that particular consultancy session. Should You still require a consultancy session, You will need to purchase an additional session.
For the avoidance of doubt, Experian does not charge travel and accommodation expenses for Professional Services that are delivered within the M25.
