Follow the steps below to create a security role that holds the permissions that users or teams require to access the artifacts of the Experian Data Validation solution. Once created, you can assign the security role to users or teams that require access to the solution.

Follow the steps below to navigate to the new security role page:
Log in and select Advanced settings in the settings dropdown menu to the top right.
Click the arrow next to Settings on the left-hand side of in the Main dashboard, and then click Security under the System sub-menu.
Under the title "Which feature would you like to work with?" select Security Roles.
On the Security Roles page click the New menu option in the page header.
Once on the New Security Role page follow these steps:
Enter ExperianDataValidationRole as the Role Name.
Select the tab Customization.
Locate the entry in the list with table name Solution and set the Read permission to Organization (a solid green circle).

Locate the entries in the list below with the following table names and set the Read permission to Organization (a solid green circle):
Address validation token
Email validation token
LookupMap

Having created the security role it can now be assigned to individual users or, what is more common, to a team. Follow the steps below to add the newly created security role to a team (similar steps can be used to assign the role to a user):
On the Settings Security page (in the Classic UI) under the title "Which feature would you like to work with?" select Teams.

Click the OK button to assign the role to the team.
Security roles can be assigned to as many teams and individual users as required. The ExperianDataValidationRole security role can also be used as a template if you would rather incorporate its permissions directly into other security roles.

Clear Customizations
We recommend clearing any customizations that are based on the solution before trying to delete, i.e. if a custom field is based on the CountryCode option set, it will make it impossible for the solution to be deleted due to the field’s dependency on the solution’s elements.
