On Demand - PER CLICK terms

  1. On Demand – customer’s first purchase of clicks (or new version of On Demand clicks, which means you have a clicks service charge line and a clicks data line in your quote):

    "The licence covers access to the Licensed Products, via the following URL by your clients or prospective clients only: <insert URL/project title>.

    If you require additional batches of clicks, please contact your Account Manager to purchase additional clicks online."

  2. On Demand – Subsequent/top-up clicks
    "1. a) The licence covers access to the Licensed Products, via the following URL by your clients or prospective clients only: <<insert URL>>.

    1. b) You acknowledge that your clicks will expire after 12 months (expiry date specified on invoice). For the avoidance of doubt, this will be 12 months from the order date. You acknowledge that the 12 month licence period of your clicks will not necessarily be identical to the 12 month licence you are granted for use of your [copy and paste the exact SERVICE PRODUCT with which these clicks will work from the customer’s account Siebel]. The stated fee is based on you continuing to renew your Service Charge product and having active clicks, as the two are interdependent."

  3. On Demand – clicks with development period
    "1. The licence covers access to the Licensed Products, via the following URL by your clients or prospective clients only: <<insert URL>>.

  4. a) The Initial Licence Period incorporates a period of development, and 12 months’ live licence which will start on <<insert start date of live licence, must be 1st of the month>>.
    b) You will be issued with <number of clicks – no more than 1,500> clicks to be used for development and testing purposes only, which will become active on the date of order confirmation and will expire on the day before the start of your live licence. Please note that during this development period the Licensed Product must only be used by a maximum of 10 Users. Should you wish to increase this number of Users please contact your QAS account manager to obtain approval.
    c) The Renewal Fee of your QAS Service product, irrespective of any extension of your own development schedules will be due by <<insert renewal date of QAS Service product>>. Should you go live before the end of the stated development period please contact our renewals department on 020 7819 5445.
    d) Please note that this development period is subject to you providing QAS with written confirmation detailing the need for this development period. This confirmation must be of such detail that it will satisfy our data provider, The Royal Mail that you have a genuine need for this period and you will not use the Licensed Products in a live environment during this time.
    A further charge will be payable for this period should you not provide this documentation."

  5. On Demand – PER SEAT terms
    "This pricing includes licences for <number of users> internal Users of <list On Demand Per Seat products>. Should you wish to increase your number of licensed Users, please contact your account manager.

You agree to use these licences in accordance with the Fair Usage Policy for Pro On Demand-Per Seat that can be found on https://ondemand.qas.com. Please find the latest version of this policy attached."
